PowerSchool Parent Portal Help

1. Go to eesd.powerschool.com/public
2. Click Create Account

3. Enter your information and choose a Username and Password
4. Enter the Access ID and Access Password unique to your student (provided at time of registration or call your school office). 

To add additional students to your Parent Portal, log in to eesd.powerschool.com/public and follow the below instructions.

*You will need a letter from the school site or enrollment process that includes the Access ID and Password that is unique to your child. Contact the Student Services Clerk at your school if you do not have that information.

1. Log in to the Parent Portal.
2. Click on "Account Preferences" from the navigation menu.
3. Choose "Students" tab.
4. Click on the blue "Add" button on the far right.
5. Fill out the "Student Access Information" with the Access ID and Access Password unique to your student (located in a letter from your school).

Once logged in, each student that is linked to your account is listed under the PowerSchool logo on the upper left-hand side.

Be sure to select the correct student's name in order to access forms, report cards, etc. for that student.

Update your Emergency Card during enrollment and any time there is a change.

1. Click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
2. Choose the General Forms tab (it should be the first tab open).
3. Click on "Emergency Contact Information".

4. Add or edit emergency contacts for your student.
5. Select the box to apply changes to other students linked to your account.
6. Indicate if changes were made or not.
7. Digitally sign and submit.

1. Once logged in, each student is listed under the PowerSchool Logo.
2. Click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
3. Choose the tab for the Forms you need to access. To enroll a student, choose the "Enrollment" tab.

3. Click on the Forms you need to complete and submit. The status will change when you submit forms.
4. Be sure to toggle between students to complete forms for each student.
5. You only need to submit the forms that apply to the student's situation.

Complete the Change of Address Form any time there is a change to the student's residential or mailing address.

1. After logging into the Parent Portal, click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
2. Choose the General Forms tab (it should be the first tab open).
3. Click on "Change of Address Form."

4. Complete the Form as directed.
5. To apply the changes to the other linked students, click on the small arrow next to "Submit" and choose "Submit for Family."

Complete the Change of Health Form any time there is a change to the student's medical needs or insurance information.

1. After logging into the Parent Portal, click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
2. Choose the General Forms tab (it should be the first tab open).
3. Click on "Change of Health Form."

4. Complete all pertinent health information and insurance information.

5. Toggle between students to update this form for each individual student.

1. Once logged in, each student is listed under the PowerSchool Logo.
2. Click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
3. Choose the tab for the Forms you need to access. To find the ACE Program Application click on "General Forms".
4. Complete the required questions.
5. Check that Emergency Contact information is correct. If there are any errors, please complete the "Update Emergency Contact" Form. 

1. Once logged in, each student is listed under the PowerSchool Logo.
2. Click on "Forms" from the navigation menu.
3. Choose the tab for the Forms you need to access. To find the ACE Scholarship Application click on "General Forms".
4. Complete the required questions.
5. Upload images required documents documents.
6. Submit.

1. Once logged in, each student is listed under the PowerSchool Logo.
2. Click on "Scores Report" from the navigation menu.
3. Select from the drop down which test scores you would like to view.
4. Select the correct School Year.
5. Click on "Get Report"
6. Once the page loads click on "View"
